📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical support to employees.

• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our data and systems.
• Lead IT projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment is a plus.
