📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Manage our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the brand's sustainability initiatives by creating eco-friendly marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
