📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the factory floor and equipment using high-pressure washers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers.
• Sanitize and disinfect production lines, workstations, and storage areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner, following all local regulations.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Assist in the organization and implementation of cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Promote a culture of cleanliness and safety within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial cleaning or a related field.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
