📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on a wide range of legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on business transactions and partnerships.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Monitor and manage legal risks and liabilities.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across all business activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or business setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Experience with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Certification in legal practice or relevant legal certifications is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
