📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Manage and develop the hotel team, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences and increase revenue.
• Monitor and maintain financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and attract high-quality guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior hotel management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality industry and local market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
