In this role, you will be responsible for translating documents, interpreting during meetings, and providing general communication support. You will need to have a bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in translation or interpretation. Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is essential, as is a strong understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents and materials from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret during meetings and conferences, facilitating clear and effective communication between Mandarin-speaking clients or partners and our Indonesian team.
• Provide general communication support, including emails, reports, and other written materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into your work.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all communication needs are met.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in translation or interpretation.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6 level or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or SDL Trados Studio.
