📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Manage our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the brand's sustainability initiatives by creating eco-friendly marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
