📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Zscaler's enterprise cloud security solutions.,Collaborate with customers to understand their unique security challenges and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.,Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay updated on the latest features and improvements.,Assist in the development of technical sales strategies and materials to support the sales team.,Monitor customer deployments and provide ongoing technical support to ensure optimal performance and security.,Participate in sales meetings and customer presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the cloud security or IT industry.,Strong understanding of enterprise cloud security solutions and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of working with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Experience with Zscaler's cloud security solutions is a plus.,Proficiency in English is required.
