In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing department operations, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Identify and address departmental challenges and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational objectives.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
