📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.,Manage the accounting team and ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes.,Prepare and manage the company's budget and financial plans.,Maintain and update the company's financial systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
