We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Pearl Shop Cemerlang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development.,Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide HR support to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
