📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.,Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.,Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and tools.,Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
