📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in planning, organizing, and leading departmental activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Handle recruitment, performance management, and employee relations activities.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management software.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
