📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software tools for project planning and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in civil engineering.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
