📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tellers in handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide accurate and friendly customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a professional environment.,Follow all banking procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and security.,Assist in opening and closing the bank branch, including counting and depositing cash.,Provide information to customers about banking products and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic banking procedures and regulations.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
