📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
