As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Maintain training records and reports.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in using e-learning platforms is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel occasionally for training purposes.
