📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of store managers.
  • Overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Driving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock availability.
  • Implementing and monitoring store improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
