📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality control professionals.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality control best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing quality control processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
