📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Fluent in Indonesian and English
