📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and live chat.
• Process and verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Update inventory and product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
